My passion is to help individuals struggling with emotional and mental health concerns find balance and peace in their lives. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment where my clients can feel heard and understood. My ideal clients are individual, couples, and families ready to facilitate positive change in their lives. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, or feelings of overwhelm and stress. My clients are willing to explore their thoughts and emotions in a deep and meaningful way and are open to make positive changes in their lives.
I offer families, couples, and individuals a safe, supportive space to for clients to gain meaningful solutions through uncertainty, crisis, relational issues, parenting, and major life changes. I specialize in Emotional Focused Therapy, and provide premarital counseling as a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator.
I provide emphasis on affirming all gender identities and expressions, and am accepting of all sexual orientations, spiritual beliefs. I strive to be racially and culturally responsive. Whether you are dealing with depression, or anxiety, or simply need support navigating through uncertainty, there are solutions for you, and I am here to offer my guidence.
