I am easy to talk to warm and experienced. I enjoy my work (20 years) helping clients cope with challenges experienced in childhood and now as an adult. Often traumatic experiences deny clients of fulfillment. We work as a team gingerly, of course, our 45 minute sessions on Zoom or FaceTime is client centered. I want clients to achieve their goals and not be bogged down by untoward feelings, thoughts and experiences.
I have expertise in dealing with trauma. Childhood and adult male and female sexual trauma is an area in which I have specialized experience. We work together, as a team, gingerly at first, developing rapport and introducing coping skills as you learn to accept yourself as a SURVIVOR.
I have hours available during the week Saturdays as well I am happy to answer questions and look forward to the possibility of working together. Coping with PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL challenges especially now are dealt with compassionately. It takes courage to ask for help. Zoom and FaceTime sessions provided.
