As a licensed clinical psychologist my goals are to help you better understand yourself, connect back to what is most important to you, and unlock your potential to live the life that you want. Taking the first step to begin therapy is often difficult for many reasons, but it gets easier. I believe that as the client, you are the expert in your experience. As a psychologist I offer my expertise, and working together we can achieve your goals.
I have many years of experience working with individuals going through big life changes (college students, postpartum, parenthood, relationships, etc.). I have worked extensively with anxiety disorders and offer evidence-based interventions. In addition, I have experience working with athletes and other performers.
Please contact me if you are interested in beginning. I offer Telehealth appointments and have evening and weekend availability.
