I come from a wide variety of experience and training and will work with an equally wide range of presenting concerns. I will work with people experiencing general life stressors and major life transitions, and/or diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. I will work with you to find the best format of therapy to meet you where you are. I believe in a light, humorous, and warm atmosphere when it's called for, but will just as quickly walk with you through the more challenging times of life. You'll feel welcome with me, and we'll work to translate that into the rest of your life.
I'm offering Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy. My training is in couples and family therapy (otherwise known as "systems therapy" or "relational therapy") and I incorporate Existential Therapy as well. I've been supervising other therapists for years and proudly continue to provide clinical supervision for varying levels of experience and credentials.
