My therapeutic style utilizes an integrated approach that recognizes each client’s individual needs and hopes for their own journey. I work from a strengths-based perspective that utilizes your existing abilities to cope while offering new tools and viewpoints that may be helpful to you while empowering you to recognize patterns that no longer serve you.
I enjoy working with both couples and individuals and offer in-person sessions in both Brooklyn and Manhattan as well as virtual sessions.
