Noel Tyler is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 6+ years of experience helping people live more fulfilled lives. She is passionate about children, adolescents, and young adults because addressing mental health early in life leads to a more productive and successful adulthood. Noel is also passionate about helping adults deal with things in their past that continue to affect them today. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1992 from Seattle Pacific University and later completed her Master's of Professional Counseling in 2018 from Grand Canyon University.

I am a psychotherapist currently in private practice and have lived and worked in Fairbanks since 1999. I earned my MSW in 1982 and have worked in variety of residential and outpatient settings. I bring more than 30 years of clinical experience working with children, teens, adults, couples and families presenting with a wide range of concerns.

Greetings friend, allow me to introduce myself. I have a Ph.D. in Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Master Addictions Counselor. Additionally, I am credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and families. The services that I provide are tailored to service the needs of adolescents and adults. My name is John Sundeen, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ketchikan, AK and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with teens and adults specializing in anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship issues, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness to help my clients find resolution to their problems and build the skills necessary to handle future challenges.

I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, 12 as a licensed psychologist. I have experience working with pre-teens and adolescents in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and adults in outpatient settings. Part of my approach to the therapeutic process is to develop a trusting relationship with my clients. It is through the development of this relationship that growth and change happen as we work toward a common goal; to feel empowered to ignite a change for themselves. I work to help clients make sense of circumstances that have been confusing or upsetting, I also help them develop insight into how they relate to others, how they see themselves, and how their choices affect themselves and others.

I have lived in Alaska on and off for 20 years, grew up in Minnesota, military spouse for 20 years, and have two young adult children. I have been a therapist for many years with children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of settings. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities that focus on a client's strengths as well as regaining balance such as EMDR, Somatic (SPI), EFT, CT, CBT, DBT and solution focused therapies.

I enjoy working with both adults and adolescents in a way that assists them in gaining greater self-understanding and compassion. Ultimately, I hope to help each client find a path to a more genuine and integrated way of being with others. I bring curiosity and a fresh look to each client, addressing them where they are in the moment. I see psychotherapy as a collaborative effort between therapist and client, and encourage feedback about our direction and progress.

Roxie Powell is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (MFT-A) who works within a humanistic-experiential perspective. Roxie enjoys working with a broad spectrum of clients including children ages 5+, adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families. Roxie is passionate about relational counseling and uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as her primary approach to working with couples and families to transform their communication style.
