I bring exceptional training and over twenty years of experience serving my clients. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and seniors. I have worked with a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma. Together we can work to help equip you with the necessary tools to help you face and overcome your challenges. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, overcoming addiction, or depression, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey. My approach to therapy is rooted in Somatic attachment-focused techniques. I strive to understand each client’s unique needs and tailor my therapeutic approach accordingly. During sessions, I utilize a range of therapy techniques, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and EFT, to best support my clients on their journey towards healing and growth.
No two individuals are the same, and we tailor our sessions together to address challenges unique to you. We will work together to understand the cause of your struggles and address them with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you’ve always wanted.
