I bring exceptional training and over twenty years of experience serving my clients. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and seniors. I have worked with a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma. Together we can work to help equip you with the necessary tools to help you face and overcome your challenges. Whether you’re struggling with trauma, overcoming addiction, or depression, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey. We have the experience to help you achieve your goals, overcome these struggles, and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I believe in taking a person-centered, solution-focused approach where I meet each client exactly where they are, working on designing a therapy approach that is individualized for each client’s needs. I use various therapy techniques during sessions. I am Certified in EMDR and trained in EFT.
No two individuals are the same, and we tailor our sessions together to address challenges unique to you. We will work together to understand the cause of your struggles and address them with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you’ve always wanted.
