After working with individuals, couples, and families for over thirty years I have come to two conclusions. At the root of most problems is an unhealthy relationship. Secondly, most of us have developed unhealthy coping strategies to deal with the challenges. Our old ways of coping cause conflict in our most important relationships today. Together we will identify and understand these behaviors, learn new skills and uncover our authentic self. Only then we will achieve our goals. Change is possible!

With an integrative counseling model, I help clients align mind, body, and spirit for healing, especially when doctors can't find causes for physical pain or traumatic experience.
