I am a licensed, clinical social worker with 25 years of experience helping people heal and transform their lives. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings. My experience has provided me the gift of helping people with many different emotional, cognitive, and behavioral struggles, complex and situational. I'm trained in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) which has proven 90% effective at eliminating symptoms associated with PTSD/Trauma. My brand of therapy is very solution focused. I draw on a strengths perspective with clients by identifying skill sets and coping strategies that have served them well in the past and applying them to present-day struggles. I go beyond the limits of talk-therapy by engaging clients in the process through skill building and insight work. Clients will often leave sessions with goals or simple homework.
