There's nothing worse than feeling like just another client in a counselor's rotation. You're sitting there pouring out your heart, while he/she glances at their watch, making sure you're not going past your allotted time slot. I see people and I know that the circumstances you're facing are real, and they have a real impact on how your life is lived. When you sit down with me, you get more than some fancy counseling lingo, you get a person who genuinely cares about your well-being. And best of all? You'll leave with practical tools that will help you thrive in real life.

If your teenager is in turmoil and you don't know what to do I can provide them with a safe place to take a deep breath and unload their problems. Being a teenager is hard enough and the ever-increasing demands and pressures from school and society can take their toll. Along with adolescents and their families, my other area of specialty is help and healing for women who are having emotional difficulties after having an abortion. For some women, this experience can cause severe anxiety, guilt, anger and bitterness. I am trained to help you through this, grieve the loss and move forward in a completely non-judgmental setting.
I work with individuals and couples to develop respectful curiosity about their challenges, problems and promise for more abundant living. Hi friends! Welcome to Trinity Counseling! If you've landed here, I just want you to know how brave and strong you are for beginning the process of taking that first step for self-care, or for seeking care for a close friend or family member. I am currently in a temporary closing for my office, as I am in the transition process of developing a ministry for women and teens through writing and speaking. Throughout the pandemic, I received such an influx of calls and emails, the need was impossible to meet. I needed to pursue meeting people's needs in a much bigger way - and I am hoping to do so once my ministry comes into fruition.
