I specialize in connecting people deeply with themselves, decreasing suffering from anxiety, depression, family/relational conflict, grief, chronic pain, panic attacks, low self-esteem and work/school burdens.
As a clinical counselor with a background in law and massage/energy therapy, I have a diverse blend of perspectives to help bridge the gap between mind, body and heart. Additionally, for clients who are interested, I have 30+ years experience instructing mindfulness/meditation practice. This de-stressing technique is wonderful at cultivating health synergy.
Our space is comfortable, respectful, strengths-based, non-judgmental. You are in full control of your treatment, and I am your collaborative partner, assisting in the navigation of discovering your true self. I work with individuals (13 and up) and couples.
