The goal of treatment is to provide outpatient mental health services, which eliminate or substantially reduce communication and/or social/ cultural barriers. My treatment encourages the involvement of natural support systems available to individuals and families. The goal is the client should live in the community as least restrictively as possible an environment, with minimal Dependance on public safety and acute care resources. To enable patients to establish or maintain appropriate residences and or to advert crisis and re-hospitalization or more restrictive levels of care. The client has the right to refuse treatment.

Survivors of trauma, abuse, victimization, and people in recovery from cancer are people I am most adept at treating. I offer individual therapy and specialize in trauma recovery, empowering my clients to more satisfying and healthier lives.

I see therapy as a partnership between client and therapist with the goal of teaching skills to help individuals live and behave in ways consistent with their personal values, while also developing psychological flexibility. I am a clinical mental health counseling student. I feel passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults seeking a safe space for their therapeutic journey. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, specifically sexual trauma and childhood abuse/assault. I have experience working with people in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC clients, depression, anxiety, and child and adolescent concerns. I have developing interests in working with people in the kink and BDSM communities, as well as a developing interest in working with children and adolescents with parents/caregivers in polyamorous and ethical non-monogamous relationships.

My goal is to help rehabilitate and uplift 1,000 people through therapeutic treatment, online psychoeducation, and my workbooks. Yogananda said it best, “A person who has reformed themselves will reform thousands.” Currently, I am working in private practice treating kids as young as 8 to adult clients for trauma, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal issues. I use many modalities in treatment including CBT, DBT, attachment theory, interpersonal outcomes method, boundaries, mindfulness, meditation, art therapy, and lifespan integration.

For youth, coaching helps kids navigate the challenges in their lives, whether it be isolation, behavioral problems, emotional outbursts, hanging with the wrong crowd, or clarifying college and/or career plans. For families, coaching helps resolve conflicts and strengthen relationships.
