Survivors of trauma, abuse, victimization, and people in recovery from cancer are people I am most adept at treating. I offer individual therapy and specialize in trauma recovery, empowering my clients to more satisfying and healthier lives.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and LI (Lifespan Integration) are the therapeutic techniques I use to process trauma. Both methods allow the brain to reprocess painful experiences and store the memories differently. This happens without extensive talking about the trauma or related feelings, allowing for swift recovery.
EMDR, LI, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered therapy combine in my practice to provide complete therapeutic care. With 20+ years in the corporate world, having raised twins and survived leukemia, I have broad life experience along with therapeutic training that combine to provide a seasoned, centered perspective.
