I am a professional counselor licensed in Pennsylvania with over 8 years of counseling experience working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders, mood disorders, trauma, physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, and addictions. I love working with individuals to find freedom and remove any obstacles that prevent living the life they have always dreamed of. My therapy style is unique, creative, individual, warm, and accepting. I treat individuals with respect, compassion, and empathy. My ability to see different perspectives enables me to meet people where they are.

I am Nashonne, a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. In my 13 years of counseling experience I have built an eclectic toolbox of counseling skills geared towards helping the client to feel safe to work towards their goals, allow themselves to be vulnerable and facilitate emotional growth. I believe the therapeutic relationship is most important in counseling. I have learned this through my experiences working in multiple settings including: community mental health, private practice, homeless shelters, department of corrections, and both inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment.

Hello! My name is Hannah McMinn, and I hold a Master of Science in Community and Trauma Counseling. My area of focus is trauma and helping people to find peace and balance, despite early experiences of adversity and hardship. I've worked with people of all ages and have an affinity for working with adolescents, young adults, and parents who's children are struggling with behavioral health and/or trauma. I also have experience working with adolescents who do not traditionally like therapy or who have been mandated to therapy by Children and Youth or Juvenile Probation.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor who has been providing mental health treatment for over 25 years. I received my BA in Psychology from Montclair State University and my MSW in social work from Marywood University. I hold certifications in addictions treatment, forensic social work and motivational enhancement/cognitive behavioral therapy. Considered a "subject matter expert" in the modality of telehealth, all of my sessions are held with my client's safety and wellbeing a first priority.

I am accepting clients for daytime hours only. My ideal client is someone who may be facing grief and loss, trauma, disability or chronic illness, LGBTQ+ issues, or just have a sense that a big shift is necessary to live the life they desire and deserve. My hope is that you have a curiosity to go below the surface and dig deep, a willingness to be patient, kind and compassionate to yourself, and maybe even be interested in learning more about your brain and body and willing to learn ways to support them. But, if that's not you, that's ok! I love working with all types of people and supporting their growth - wherever that may go.

Our associates believe that clients are the experts on their lives and we are guides to help them get to their ideal selves. We use cognitive-behavioral, insight oriented therapy as well as other modalities to help clients achieve their goals. While we are nurturing and kind as therapists, we also believe in keeping clients accountable to work toward their initial purpose for entering therapy. We are qualified to work with most issues that a client may present with, with the exception of sexual offenders.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults, who experience situations or symptoms related to grief work, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, codependency, anger management, bipolar disorder and attachment work. I work to provide a warm and unconditional environment that will allow clients to feel safe, accepted and free to explore their current life circumstances and come to know the strength within them. I currently work in office and telehealth sessions if needed.

As a young adult I sought out counseling to help me navigate my life's issues. It felt most beneficial when a therapist, by listening and understanding me, in a nonjudgmental, supportive and educational way, seemed to meet me where I was at both emotionally and mentally- giving me hope, the tools, the time and the motivation I needed to heal.These healing experiences gave me the desire to help others. Thus following their positive examples, I have approached everyone's treatment on an individual basis- knowing everyone is different emotionally and mentally, and are coming from different life experiences.
