About
I have experience working with adolescents and adults, who experience situations or symptoms related to grief work, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, codependency, anger management, bipolar disorder and attachment work. I work to provide a warm and unconditional environment that will allow clients to feel safe, accepted and free to explore their current life circumstances and come to know the strength within them. I currently work in office and telehealth sessions if needed.
I specialize in grief therapy and currently a certified grief counseling specialist. I have experience helping people with eating disorders, as well as trauma, anxiety, depression and attachment concerns.
Life can be hard, overwhelming and confusing. I am here to help you feel safe, validated and seen. While in therapy we can create an environment where you learn to openly explore what you might keep to yourself. It is important that we have a working relationship, so to assist you in finding your own voice, and owning your story.
