As a young adult I sought out counseling to help me navigate my life's issues. It felt most beneficial when a therapist, by listening and understanding me, in a nonjudgmental, supportive and educational way, seemed to meet me where I was at both emotionally and mentally- giving me hope, the tools, the time and the motivation I needed to heal.These healing experiences gave me the desire to help others. Thus following their positive examples, I have approached everyone's treatment on an individual basis- knowing everyone is different emotionally and mentally, and are coming from different life experiences.
Some areas I have specialized in are relationship skills, parenting skills, codependency, addictions (alcohol, drug, gambling, sex and love, food etc.),trauma, anxiety, depression, etc. Some treatments I have specifically trained in are EMDR ,CBT, DBT,RET, PTSD,Imago,family of origin,inner child, shame work, experiencial, etc..
Besides individual and couples counseling, I have a special interest in group therapy. So many of my clients heal more quickly due to the ability to see themselves in others, becoming clearer about their process and their goals. I also do workshops-one being an Inner Child Workshop done yearly.

Codependency Group Therapy
Group therapy that works on codependency issues and many other issues encompassed in that. We use many different methods of treatment.There are three different groups meeting weekly, with each group having an average of 10 to 12 people . Call for more information
