Using an integrative approach, I meet you in your current experience and assess how you would like to make changes to your emotional and mental health. I am passionate about providing psychoeducation to clients to normalize and teach self-compassion for all of the universally human struggles we have. I use multiple therapies to integrate the aspects of mind, spirit, and meaning that are unique to each individual to create overall wellness.
I believe processing and simply feeling safe to speak about thoughts and feelings are vital to the therapeutic process. You are the expert on your life and experiences, and my role is to help you understand and unpack what you may have left boxed up.
