Hello! I believe the therapeutic relationship can be healing in itself and that empathy and compassion can go a long way in helping a person achieve overall wellness. I have experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, sexual assault/abuse, self-esteem, relationships, parenthood, and transitional issues. Each person's situation is unique and I promise to treat it as such with my counseling education and experience in mind.

I enjoy individual counseling, particularly involving women's issues where we build self-esteem and work on empowerment as a way to improve overall quality of life. Whatever your issue may be, it is always helpful to gain insight and another perspective. I hope to hear from you!
