Hello and welcome! My name is Stephanie and I am a Master's level counselor who is currently working on becoming licensed to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. In my work with clients, I have a multifaceted approach to counseling, some of which includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Trauma-Focused, Multicultural, and Attachment-Based. I have experience and interest in providing support and treatment to adolescents and adults, who struggle with anxiety, depression, sexual addictions, and trauma.

Tiffany’s experience includes working as an addiction’s counselor, a caseworker, a TSS, and also includes work as a group care counselor in an adolescent group home all ranging between the years of 2010 to present. Tiffany has experience working with a variety of mental health needs including depression, anxiety, and grief. She is available for individual counseling with adults, teens, and children ages 8 and up. Tiffany desires to help client's meet their goals for treatment and help them take steps in their lives as they work through the events of their past and present.

I work with clients identifying and resolving problems with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating/binge eating),trauma related issues, anxiety or panic attacks, depression, OCD, relationship issues, low self-esteem, difficulties with mood swings, and in need of coping techiques to deal with stress. I enjoy working with both women and men, adults, college students, adolescents and children. I often work closely with treatment teams professionals, such as medical professionals, nutritionists, and school counselors.. I offer individual & family counseling. My caring and supportive manner is balanced with a challenging and motivating style to help clients successfully meet their treatment goals.

I enjoy working with kids, teens and adults. I have worked many years with middle schoolers, but with kids in general. I work at Optimum Wellness Counseling - Belle Vernon and I am taking new clients at our location. My focus is CBT, DBT and person centered therapy. I focus my sessions on strength based techniques and work to help the client through identifying positive coping skills, mindfulness and grounding techniques.
