I am a compassionate counselor dedicated to helping clients improve their relationship with themselves and others. My primary focus is working with individuals and families dealing with a wide range of issues, including eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, grief, sexuality, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space to explore and overcome every day challenges.
I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings, including outpatient, family therapy, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. I draw from several techniques to meet you where you are including CBT, DBT, Humanistic, Solution Focused, and Maudsley Family Therapy.
