I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certfied Rational Hypnotherapist that focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship in order to help individuals, couples and families to better cope with various relational, emotional and psychological issues.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in sessions to help people change negative thought processes, hypnotherapy to aide in smoking cessation, weight loss and eating disorders, anxiety reduction and pain management. I also have a Masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy and work with couples and families that are struggling with relational issues.
I am very flexible and try to meet people's needs with regard to work and school schedules. I also have many years of experience working with individuals who have developmental and intellectual disorders. I like to work as a team with doctors, schools, etc. that are willing to work together to improve individual success.
