I have experience in the treatment of addictions, anxiety, and depression. I am also experienced working with trauma, bipolar and borderline personality disorders. I graduated from Colorado Christian University in 2020 with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently working on my CSAT certification. Prior to gaining my Master's in Clinical Mental Health, I worked in non-profit outreach providing services such as psychoeducation in anger management to marginalized population groups and people operations providing recruiting, career development, and human resources support.
I help clients with such things as anxiety, depression, addiction, and overcoming trauma by using an integrative approach which is a blend of person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and existential therapies. I believe in seeing my clients through a holistic lens which gives me the ability to treat the whole person: mind, body and spirit.
I understand that coping with life's stressors can be challenging. When facing these challenges, it is important to have a safe space to process. I believe in building solid relationships that provide opportunities to effect change and promote healing. I have experience working with a diverse population and feel comfortable meeting people where they are.
