My unique educational and professional background of Clinical and Sport & Performance Psychology as well as 8 years experience of being a licensed special education teacher enables me to provide a combination of services unlike that of any other clinician in the state. I specialize in working with teenagers and kids who are having issues in their lives. Acting out, anger, depression, anxiety, these are all obstacles that can be overcome with care, support, and the help of a professional.

We offer them help when they are working through personal struggles, marriage/couple troubles, family concerns, the difficult teen years, emotional/behavioral issues, or other difficult life circumstances. I believe that trauma can present itself in myriad of distressing symptoms including but not limited to outbursts, isolation, dissociation, depression, difficulty in relationships, anxiety and fear, and loss of self. I want to be able to work together with my clients to help relive what can often be a life long struggle with the symptoms of traumatic events.

At every age of the lifespan, from 2 years to 72 years; I provide direct and supportive, holistic, educational and evidence-informed treatment for life's current stressors as well as mental health concerns that come up. Nature-themed, outdoor groups will provide opportunities for children to explore sensory activities outdoors while focusing on gaining abilities for self-regulation, social skills, and self-esteem building!
