I specialize in working with teens and their families to help restore healthy family relationships. I provide a collaborative approach that utilizes CBT to address behavior concerns, existential techniques to help (re)discover one's identity and Motivational Interviewing to address any type of addiction. I also provide family therapy and parental coaching.
Working through the changing relationship with your teen can feel daunting, but it is undoubtedly worth it. My goal is to build a positive relationship with you and with your teen so that we can work together in rediscovering what it means to be a family.
