I believe that meeting each person where they are, and building a trusting, accepting approach is the key to addressing even the most intense issues. I have over 15 years of experience of working with children, teens and families, from a diverse set of backgrounds. I also have significant experience supporting college students, young adults, adults and parents. I am passionate about helping clients grow and thrive through the use of traditional talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and play-based therapy.
