For over 25 years, I've had the privilege and honor of hearing my client's stories and learning about their lives. I believe that developing and nurturing a therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect, as well as creating a safe environment for my clients, is key to a successful therapeutic experience. I treat a variety of emotional and relational difficulties including depression, anxiety and relationship conflicts, as well as parent/child issues and significant life changes.
My clients consist of adolescents, adults, and couples (romantic partners, siblings, parent/child, etc.). My specialty is teenage/young women struggling with life and role changes as they transition to a new life stage. I encourage and facilitate positive change and growth as they navigate through this difficult time.
