Michael Baskin is a licensed independent social worker with over 40 years of experience in mental healthcare. He received his bachelor's degree from Ohio University and his master's degree from Case Western Reserve University. He has previously worked in community mental health, private practice, outpatient and school-based settings. He has extensive training in family systems and in Jungian studies. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award form the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Board of Cuyahoga County in 2018. He specializes in issues regarding grief, death, illness-related issues, mood disorders and family systems.

Jason Stofel has been working in the field of social work in various settings since 1994. He began as a direct care staff serving youth involved in the juvenile court system in Delaware, Ohio as well as working with children and teens placed in out of home care at The United Methodist Children's Home. It was in these two settings that he learned the importance of building relationships, providing consistency and behavioral management. He then entered into doing Community Based counseling at Directions for Youth and Families, serving at risk youth and their loved ones.

Each individual in the therapeutic alliance is the ideal client for one simple reason - we are each uniquely in a rut, stuck, or confused. To this end imagine being in a pit of quicksand without any sense of direction, worth, or hope. People will walk by and offer advice on how to get out. Others might provide a utensil or medication. Yet none of these address the immediate situation of being in the pit of quicksand. My experience has taught me that clients want someone who will get in the pit with them, without question or judgement. They just do not want to be stuck alone. So I offer to sit with them and just be present.

Doug Hornbeck has more than 35 years experience in mental health care working with children, adolescents, adults, families and groups. He previously served as a supervisor for the psychiatric intake department through the Cleveland Clinic Health System and managed an Intensive Outpatient Program. In private practice for more than 10 years, he has specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), hypnosis and critical incident stress debriefing. He also has more than 20 years experience working with the HIV/AIDS population.

I have three decades of experience working with individuals and families navigating a host of difficulties. I have worked extensively in the area of domestic violence; offering local and national presentations, as well as having written a book chapter on the topic. I continue to offer consultations to medical and dental practices, as well as church staff on conflict resolution. I believe our brains are wired for relationships, and work best when all barriers to healthy attachments are removed.

Karl Bachman earned his doctorate and master's degree from The Ohio State University and his bachelor's degree in Experimental-Physiological Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University. He has provided services in settings including university (The Center for Integrated Medicine at Ohio State) and private practice. Besides cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy he has training in hypnosis, integrative therapy and EMDR. He provides services to adults and elderly as well as couples and families. His specialty areas include anxiety, depression, ADHD, weight loss/nutritional issues, chronic disease and sleep disorders.

I have a wealth of experience in the field, and I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique stories and needs. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Xavier University and a Master's in Social Work from Ohio University. I was honored to receive the Academic and Community Partnership Award from Cincinnati's Center for Clinical & Translational Science & Training (CCTST) in the Fall of 2022.

I have served in the United States’ military since 2006, which has included travel throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, as well as throughout the United States. During this time, due to his transient lifestyle, I have honed the ability to cultivate meaningful connections with people from various cultures and backgrounds. I believe everyone has a unique combination lock to protect their thoughts, feelings, and will; and once unlocked, the answers to one’s troubles are discovered.

Billy Astudillo is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Ohio who has been practicing since 2020. He has a Master's in Social Work from The Ohio State University. Billy offers his clients therapy in different modalities, general counseling, motivational interviewing, and trauma-focused sessions. Outside of work, Billy loves to stay active and enjoys his road bike on the many trails in the Dayton area. He builds fine furniture using traditional joinery methods instead of metal (nails/screws).

David W. Anderson is a licensed professional clinical counselor with more than six years of direct service in a community mental health service agency as well as private practice. He earned a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a master's in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. He has focused on facilitating trauma-focused and general mental health assessments and counseling services primarily to teens who look to recover from adverse childhood conditions.

Dr. Jim Gedra is a licensed psychologist who works with adolescents and adults. He obtained his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Xavier University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Wright State University. Dr. Gedra has previously been a professor of psychology at the University of Findlay and Murray State University. His previous clinical experience involves working with adolescents and adults at university counseling centers, community mental health centers, and psychiatric hospitals.

Paul Kovach is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio who has been practicing since 1992. He has a BA in History from Pontifical College Josephinum, a Master Of Arts in Pastoral Counseling from Athenaeum Of Ohio, and a Post Master's Endorsement Program in Clinical Counseling from Xavier University. We all have a story to tell. Paul listens to stories and helps clients understand how their past affects their present and how to make changes for their future.

Bill Hamilton received his master's degree in social work from Case Western Reserve University and his bachelor's degree from Baldwin-Wallace College. He served in supervisory and investigation positions with the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services for 20 years. He is a member of the International Dyslexia Association and on the Board of Directors with the Lutheran Metropolitan Ministries START program, which serves at-risk youth. He also serves as an adjunct instructor for Case Western Reserve and Cleveland State Universities.

Harrison Steedman is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Ohio who has been practicing since 2023. He has a Master of Science in Education, Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Dayton. Matthew is passionate about instilling hope through equipping people with a sense of identity, purpose, and practical coping skills and applications. Moreover, he aims to prioritize listening to and understanding of client's stories as well as creating a safe relationship with the client. Matthew's theoretical framework is Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Rogerian Therapy.
