Nearly thirty years ago I was began my family therapy training with one of the most highly-regarded figures in the field, Dr. Salvador Minuchin. Since then, I have worked with couples reeling from affairs, or on the verge of divorce, people suffering from anxiety or depression, and children with "acting out" behavior or identified as having ADHD. My long experience as a family therapist has only deepened my appreciation for the trials and triumphs of the human condition. Dr Dena Felsen is a highly experienced licensed Clinical Psychologist. She received her Bachelors and Masters degree from Columbia University and her doctorate from Yeshiva University. Dr. Felsen completed her pre and postdoctoral training at St. lukes Roosevelt Hopsital, Lenox Hill Hospital and Beth Israel Medical Center. She has extensive specialty training in Womens health, Depression and Eating Disorders. She served as Director of a Day Treatment Program and worked extensively in the field of Eating Disorders. Dr. Felsen works closely with referring physicians and nutritionists to help individuals establish a proper level of care and treatment plan.

I have been working with families for over 30 years. During this time I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and couples.
