I have helped individuals of all ages overcome barriers they have faced, find quality in their lives. I specialize in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have a passion for working with complex and generational trauma, relationship dynamics, cultural identity, Alzheimer’s/Dementia-client/caregiver, and life transitions.
I tailor treatment to meet the needs of my clients, for where they are at, and guide them to where they want to be. Diagnosis is there, but it it is the symptoms that we will treat, and your ability to find the balance and confidence in yourself is what truly matters.
