I have worked in hospitals, schools, community clinics and as an independent therapist. I have been in similar shoes as the ones you may be wearing right now. Starting therapy or returning to therapy can feel difficult or uncomfortable. My aim is to foster an environment of safety, openness, and authenticity to allow for greater progress towards a fulfilling, happy life. I offer individuals the tools to empower them to achieve goals and make meaningful decisions in their lives. You are the expert in your own life and I’m here as a support through your journey. I view therapy as a place to be curious and explore new ideas, exercises, or coping strategies in a nonjudgmental environment. I utilize a variety of clinical approaches to address individual’s needs.

It can be difficult to process our life experiences through the expectations we may feel from others and ourselves. What does our suffering, struggles, and experiences say about who we are? My desire is to provide a safe and brave place for individuals who may need to process and make sense of their experiences. I have worked with adults who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, and adults who have needed coping skills and are in the middle of life transitions.

I provide counseling and life enrichment services for teens, adults, families, couples, and groups. My office is a safe atmosphere welcoming diversity in culture, in sexual orientation, religion, and other factors of difference. Dr. Greene is a licensed psychologist who works with adults who confront anxiety, often triggered by current life, relationship and work situations and stresses.

My work is focused on helping older adolescents and men deal with life's challenges, struggles, and difficulties with particular emphasis and attention to the unique concerns and needs of men. I provide individual, marital and family counseling, counseling for relationship concerns, men's issues, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, spirituality, communication, intimacy, attachment, self-esteem difficulties, and trauma work.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with emotional, behavioral, relationship difficulties. I also provide pre-surgical assessments for bariatric and pain management surgeries.

We provide services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, & groups in need of coping skills to better manage mental & emotional distress caused by life transitions, crises, mental & emotional illness, & past/current traumatic experiences. We also provide care & treatment for those suffering from the effects of various mental health concerns.

Our lives can be a beautiful albeit messy adventure. Sometimes, we find ourselves struggling & need to reach out for help. I offer an encompassed approach to counseling, customizing the experience for adults, children, teens, families, & couples. If you are struggling with depression or are dealing with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety or self-esteem problems, we can chart a client specific course to wellness. If at home, you are dealing with issues in your marriage/partnership, Domestic Violence (verbal, physical, financial, or emotional abuse) or have suffered sexual trauma, we can work together to find safe solutions.

I provide psychological/psychoeducational evaluations to diagnose learning and attention disorders including ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia, as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder (under 18 only), anxiety, and depression.

I help people get their unhelpful thoughts out of their way. Your thoughts keep throwing useless “solutions” at you that never really work and sometimes even make things worse. Your mind may even come up with new problems that do not exist with thousands of “what if” scenarios - as if it’s getting paid by the minute to work against you.
