I provide individual clinical mental health counseling, couples counseling, clinical supervision, training, education, and consultation services specializing in culturally conscious practice, cultural, gender, and sexual identity development, sex therapy, and improving emotional connection and communication skills in relationship.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, and Board Certified-Telemental Health Provider. I work with individuals and couples of all backgrounds. All identities, cultural backgrounds, sexual/affectional orientations, and relationship arrangements are welcome (i.e. consensual non-monogamy). Ages 18+.

My aim as your counselor is to help you reach your goals. I will be a partner on your journey toward self-exploration and actively living the life that you want to live.
