Following six years active duty military service in the U.S. Air Force, I completed graduate school at the University of Michigan. Hi there. I am a fully licensed clinician with Master of Social Work from Detroit's own Wayne State University. I commend your effort and resolve to seek therapy, as I know what it takes to reach out. I am glad to tackle any issue with you, and I use a variety of strategies and modalities including but not limited to Psychoeducation, Empowerment, CBT, Somatic and Mindfulness techniques, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to serve adolescents and adults age 13+ to resolve conflicts in relationship or identity, adjustment to life transitions, or cope with loss. I work both in-office or via telehealth.
