My approach in therapy is egalitarian, strength based, solution focused. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential. In my practice, I provide diagnostic evaluations and evidenced based interventions for a wide array of concerns. These include but are not limited to anxiety including OCD, depression, bipolar, psychosis, trauma, substances.
