Someone that I could trust and felt very comfortable with. I was very hesitant to take this step but somehow I did. It was by far the best thing I have ever done for myself. This is why I became a therapist.
Due to my life experiences I feel honored to treat a range of situations; grief and loss, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, public speaking fears (I use to hate speaking in front of groups, not now!) self-esteem, guilt, worry, trauma, PTSD, spiritual and metaphysical principles. I also work with those that have lost a child, as I have lost a son.
In our sessions you will be greeted and accepted in a very friendly manner. You will be listened to without judgment. I will create a learning environment to help you to understand root causes and why you do what you do. You will take away tools, tips, and techniques for personal growth and confidence.
