Salutations, I am currently not taking new clients but will have openings again in late July. What brings you into therapy and who you are is unique. I find that knowing who you are and what your strengths are can be a good foundation to bring about the change you are seeking in your life.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques in practice to assist you with reaching your growth goals. Nonetheless, my formal training was through Wayne State University in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This therapeutic technique assists you in becoming aware of negative inaccurate thinking and assists in challenging or changing this thinking.
