Seeking therapeutic treatment is an important decision, and finding the right mental health care provider is critical. I specialize in treating individuals, including adolescents. I also have extensive experience in domestic violence rehabilitation with both perpetrators and victims and work with men and women who desire to break the cycle of abuse in their own lives.
I currently work with older adolescents, young adults, and adults. Flexibility is key, as high school and college students have scheduling challenges. I attempt to meet with clients when it works best in their schedule.
Through empathic discussion, cognitive-behavioral restructuring, and insightful exercises, my clients achieve increased self-knowledge, effective problem-solving, and intimacy with others.
