I don't have a specific client that is "ideal" as every client has their own unique history and backstory. I definitely look forward to meeting with people who are interested in self-growth but I also enjoy helping people get to the point to where the may be ready to work on their self-growth. Life has a way of being beautiful and complex for all of us. We are only human and want connection, self-love, fulfillment, and resiliency. When we go through life, sometimes we feel tired, hopeless, or want to do so many things that feel so out of reach. Other times, it feels like life slipped away and you need to go to the next things to 'keep going'. Then, at times, we have canon events that feel so big and life-changing and it feels like a shock to our system. Finding purpose, feeling safe and seen, facing difficult emotions, and having to manage all the demands in life is hard. Fun fact: We don't have to manage it all alone.

The inner conflict we experience corresponds with the degree to which we are aware or unaware of the deeper parts of ourselves. I believe that everyone in their authenticity is whole, and the challenge of life is to connect with your wholeness. Therapy is the process of learning how to integrate the different parts of ourselves – our emotions, ideas, beliefs, identities, into a healthy unified experience of life. In other words, we can learn to live authentically when we stop denying, rejecting, or avoiding any part of ourselves, even when we feel uncomfortable.
