Serenity Bean Therapy is a team of associates providing individual, family, and couple therapy. for ages 6 to 100+. our AMFT and ACSW private pay and are currently working on accepting some insurances. We offer in-person and telehealth sessions. Our therapists utilize several modalities, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Art therapy, to name a few. We want you, as our clients, to feel safe and welcome. We provide positive, energetic, non-judgmental practitioners who are trained to help you access your core, grounded, & healthy self. Trisha A. Mendez, LMFT supervises all associates.

She has worked with the mentally ill and addicted homeless population and the adoptive and foster care system. She specializes in Attachment, Trauma, and Addiction.
