I use a combination of ACT(Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) which is a type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiential (helps to tune into your body when you are numb/cut-off/or too much in your thoughts), Psychodynamic Experiential, Heart Rate Variance(HRV) biofeedback training, and Trauma Informed Mindfulness based skills.
