There are many times in life when we struggle to find our way. This can be the result of a loss, a difficult transition, a traumatic event, or the breakdown of an important relationship. In my experience, talking helps. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified psychoanalyst. I work with individuals of all ages who are coping with trauma, loss, illness, relational difficulties, parenting struggles, gender identity issues, depression, anxiety, and life-stage transitions.
Therapy can help you to grieve losses, feel less alone, and reclaim your voice. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, loss, depression, and anxiety. I incorporate a feminist perspective into my clinical work that is informed by an understanding of structural inequities in our society.
