While working with a diverse group of clients who suffer from social anxiety to schizophrenia, I have noticed that stress and anxiety are always a factor. Helping clients learn mindfulness techniques so they can manage stress and have awareness of habits, ideas, & cycles that are affecting their growth is beneficial.
As a former DIV1 NCAA athlete, I not only promote healthy living skills with my clients, but I hold myself to a practice of meditation & physical fitness. I do believe that by keeping the body healthy we help the mind body connection that is vital to our journey through life.
