Hi, my name is Steven Smith, and I help individuals going through struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, Whether you're looking to strengthen your coping strategies, reconnect to authentic self, or navigate (process) the myriad experiences of life, life, I'm here to help you! Think of me as your personal support system, someone supporting you to develop skills and resilience in order create meaningful, lasting change in your life. I believe that living your life authentically is a core of life satisfaction.

I use a client centered, existentialist approach, which utilizes asking of questions to identify one's needs and goals. Through this process, we can develop one's authentic self. I am not here to "fix" people, and I am not focused on changing people. Instead, I hope to assist you in your individual path toward life satisfaction.

I think that through authenticity and unconditional acceptance of your individual self, we can find a way to develop new skills and confidence. I want to work with you so that you can be truly heard, recognize your true strengths, and be resilient to future challenges. I want to help you find your sense of self-worth.
