I believe that living your life authentically is a core of life satisfaction. Sometimes our suffering, loss, or worry makes us avoid living in a truly authentic way. These experiences can lead to post traumatic stress, depression, and/or anxiety. I care about who you are intrinsically, and will work with you to process those painful experiences, cope with anxiety, and reach a point where life feels manageable again. I won't push people to relive bad experiences, but I will work to establish a safe space to share and explore your needs at your own pace.

I use a client centered, existentialist approach, which essentially means that I work with you to help you be the way you want to be. I listen to your needs, and work with you to set your own goals. I am not here to "fix" people, and I am not focused on changing people. Instead, I hope to assist you in your individual path toward life satisfaction.
I think that through authenticity and unconditional acceptance of your individual self, we can find a way to develop new skills and confidence. I want to work with you so that you can be truly heard, recognize your true strengths, and be resilient to future challenges. I want to help you find your sense of self-worth.
