I offer online counseling in the state of Kentucky using a secure and HIPAA compliant platform. My goal as a therapist is to provide support for my clients as they find the path that leads to their particular and personal healing and/or improved functioning. How this is accomplished is specific to the needs of the client and is influenced by their life experiences. As I believe that each person is unique, so too the therapeutic process. I do not prescribe to a particular method of healing, instead I join with my clients to find the process that works best for them.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have been working in this field for over 5 years. I have previous experience in working with acute patients in mental health hospitals, substance use, and trauma. I have extensive experience in working with military and their families. I hold several certifications in various trauma models. I work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. I have a particular passion for working with adolescents and adults within the LGBTQIA+ community.

I believe therapy is NOT one-size fits all and work hand in hand with my clients to build a successful therapeutic experience.
