Are you struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, depression or relationship issues? Does life seem overwhelming to you? Emotional pain and stress can affect our lives in many ways, negatively contributing to our emotional, physical and spiritual health. I view each client as a unique person and develop the best therapeutic approach for their needs. My passion is to help individuals identify healthy coping skills and beliefs to deal with everyday life issues or past difficulties that impact their lives today.
You will find me to be non-judgmental and caring. I concentrate on the strengths within a person or couple to ensure emotional growth. I utilize a variety of treatment techniques to include but not limited to, EMDR, Brainspotting, Experiential and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). I provide counseling in a relaxed atmosphere.
My specialties include addiction, grief, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, spiritual issues, couples work and codependency issues. Another area of interest is working with family members of addicts. I also facilitate workshops at the renowned Onsite facility located outside of Nashville.
