I provide ethical, moral and compassionate holistic healing by delivering multi-faceted services that can help guide others to a better understanding of who they are. It is my goal to provide my clients with the respect, honor, and support they deserve. I utilize traditional and non traditional forms of psychotherapy to individualize each clients treatment goals.
I offer encouragement, empowerment, support, understanding and total wellness by creating balance in the body, mind and spirit. My experience consist of extensive training in individual psychotherapy relating to general mental health, substance abuse, trauma recovery, marriage/couples counseling, mindfulness-based stress reduction and I am an EAP contractor.
Synergy Counseling and Wellness Center offers integrated approaches to the healing process through Yoga Classes, Private Yoga Sessions, Workshops, Breathing Techniques, Body Scanning, and Meditation. These services are optional to all clients and are also available to the pubic without any obligations of becoming a therapy client.
