I believe everyone has the right to great mental health treatment regardless of their age or demographic. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to seeing changes in their life, and apply skills learned in therapy to help them grow as their own individual person while also giving clients a safe space to work through their life experiences.
I have worked with a variety of age ranges and client of different backgrounds. I have my degree in clinical mental health counseling and addiction counseling and have experience in both fields.I am trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy but also use other modalities to help clients reach their goals.
I do not believe one approach is best for every client so each client session is created around that client's specific needs. I truly believe in the quote "Strive for progress not perfection" because even small steps towards your goal are still steps made to reaching that goal.
