Life can be overwhelming at times, leading to anyone becoming stuck. Stuck in relationships, stuck in day to day experiences, or even stuck wondering how it feels to be whole again. I believe there is hope in each individual that can be resurrected or revived through a healthy and compassionate therapeutic relationship, leading to one experiencing wholeness as they discover their strengths that help them to thrive. I strongly believe in providing empathic, safe, and non- judgmental space that allows individuals to process their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in the moment.

I enjoy working with teens, adults, and couples. My role in the therapeutic relationship is to support the client in creating and achieving manageable goals that improve well-being. As a clinician, I walk alongside my clients in identifying distorted ways of thinking and ways to cope with difficult situations in a healthy manner.

I am passionate about creating an empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental place for clients to share their story and begin processing so they can experience healing and growth. I believe in working collaboratively with clients to help them meet their goals.

I am a trauma informed, sex positive clinician that strives to improve connection between couples, provide inclusive sex education and focus on individuals reducing distress and improving their quality of life. I am passionate about assisting individuals & couples with enhancing communication, reducing conflict, set boundaries, resolve trauma, and cope effectively with all of life's stressors. As well as providing sex therapy to individuals & couples, I also have 10+ years experience providing DBT and EMDR therapy to teenage and adult clients and have a weekly DBT group for adults.

I am licensed clinical social worker with over 18 years of experience providing therapy to a variety of populations, including children and families, medical patients, homeless individuals, caregivers, individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, survivors of domestic violence, and suicide prevention. I am certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Strength at Home, and Animal Assisted Therapy with my certified therapy dog, Winnie.

I work with adults in their 30s-70s who is overwhelmed with chronic stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief/loss and/or life disrupting childhood trauma/post-traumatic stress. I also work with individuals and couples who want to resolve problems within their relationships, life transitions, divorce, including cultural identity issues. I work well with men who are in midlife (30s-70s) struggling with anxiety, aging and/or depression. I also work with those who are going through many life changes and identity conflicts. These clients often feel lost, stuck and alone. Their anxiety, negativity and low mood is out of control.

I am a first-generation Lao American born and raised in Arkansas. I grew up in a humble environment where my father often reminded me of the hard work required to create a different life. As a descendant of refugees, I understand the many challenges that come with creating upward mobility and have overcome my fair share of obstacles.

Do you find yourself stuck in a pattern of self criticism and doubt? Do you want to go from people-pleasing to authentic? Overly critical to accepting? My clients describe themselves as "perfectionists" and "people pleasers" that have high expectations of themselves. I work with anxious clients to help them learn the skills needed to create a fulfilling and balanced life. I specialize and love working with people who aren't feeling connected with themselves and in their relationships. People who have been taught to strive for a "perfect" life, but find themselves anxious, irritable, and overall unfulfilled.

One of my favorite quotes is by Emily Dickinson, "I am out with the lanterns looking for myself." Over the last 46 years of wandering this earth, I don't know a lot to be true, but I strongly believe that we are all doing the best we can with what we have. Sometimes we just don't have what we need. We are all better together. We are all wandering this earth trying to find purpose. And we all need help finding our way. There is a wild and holy beast inside of all of us waiting to be loved and tamed...but kept a little wild. Our wild is our magic. It is why people love us. Please stay a little wild.

Joanna has spent ten years in the medical field, which offers a unique and specialized view to those who may be working in the medical field or currently facing medical issues. Joanna mainly works with individuals ages 12 and up and has experience in couple and family counseling. She works with various concerns, including but not limited to addictions, depression, and anxiety. Due to personal and professional experience, Joanna is incredibly passionate about working with anxiety, premarital couples, teens, identity concerns (LGBTQIA+, cultural, spiritual, etc.), and chronic illness.

I help people gain freedom from their issues with a revolutionary technique taught by my mentor, Marisa Peer, voted Britain’s best therapist. With RTT I can fix anything from skin conditions to weight issues, to phobias, to addictions, to chronic illness and disease, in just 1-3 sessions. I’m still seeing traditional therapy clients, but since my accreditation in RTT, I’m focusing on moving my practice to exclusively RTT and coaching clients. My target client includes anyone who has been unable to fix or heal from any type of issue, they’ve tried other ways, but have been unsuccessful! RTT is the missing link that can free you!

I have an integrative approach to therapy and keep an open mind when working with my clients to choose the best treatment plan for the individual. I am knowledgeable in Positive Psychotherapy, LGBTQ+ Therapy, Multicultural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also encourage creative forms of therapy and nature exposure.

I prefer working with ages 4 and up. The issues I enjoy working with are as follows: attention/hyperactivity, depression, anxiety, adjustment, family issues, self-esteem, behavioral/emotional outbursts, and perinatal mental health issues.

I currently have a 2-3 week wait to schedule an appointment. I am a creative and caring professional holding a master in counseling psychology degree and a certificate in child and adolescent counseling. With a holistic and trauma-informed approach, I treat the whole person with special emphasis on the effects of trauma. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults. With my previous work in the private sector and art community, I am uniquely qualified to assist individuals with creative challenges or career transitions and concerns.

My name is Taylor and I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, relationship struggles, self esteem, suicidal ideation, and life changes. I have experience working with adolescents experiencing truancy and school avoidance and working to get them back into school. I work with adults feeling stuck and hopeless and help them to identify what their goals, values, and hopes are. I am currently leading an IOP group with Renew counseling center to work with young people experiencing severe levels of anxiety and depression. I meet clients where they are and help achieve their goals.
