My name is Ryna. I work with ages 5 and up. My areas of treatment include autism, anxiety, depression, family therapy, and trauma. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community I am affirming of the LGBTQ+ community and familiar with the community's experiences and needs.
I recognize and value the differences that make us all unique individuals even when our experiences may be similar. This leads me to be flexible in my approach to counseling, enabling me to meet the unique needs of each client I serve. A wealth of life experiences has shown me the impact our lived and emotional experiences have on our mental health.
