In my practice, I specialize in treating these conditions using both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), two of the most effective therapies for overcoming the challenges of Anxiety, OCD, and Depression. In addition, I incorporate aspects of mindfulness and behavioral activation.
