We will create an individualized treatment plan that utilizes your strengths and clarifies your therapy goals. I offer CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion Focused therapy. My practice focus includes Postpartum Anxiety & Depression, premarital and conflicted couples, and treatment for emotion regulation and impulsive behaviors. I enjoy working with people navigating life transitions , and integrate mindfulness and inner compassion into my therapy practice.
